Remote Diagnosis.. Did you know many imaging equipment errors can be repaired by remotely accesing your equipment? Our Field Engineers are trained to remotely diagnosis problems before scheduling a visit to a site. The method has proven to increase uptime and save customer's money.
Inspections.. When our Field Engineer's do have to visit for a repair they complete a set of Quality Control tests and visually inspect your equipment. With these additional measures in place we are often able to catch issues before they become a problem.

We are a national company with Field Engineers located across the lower 48 states that are corss trained by various equipment manufacturer’s. We service most makes and manufacturers of CT, MRI, X-Ray, DEXA, & C-Arm.

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE ONLY
Need to save money and looking for an Service Plan that will still provide the basic needs to maintain the equipment properly? With a Preventative Maintenance (PM) Service Plan, you can select the frequency of PM’s and inspections to be performed and we will price accordingly. Even better, with a PM contract in place you will receive a discount on parts and labor when needed.
NON CONTRACT SERVICE
Is your equipment in need of repair and you are looking for an alternative pricing because your current provider is saying that it is not covered? Call us, our team of engineers can diagnosis the problem and provide an estimate of needed parts and labor cost.
